Content rating

PadelGlob is a sports app (padel): it organises matches, court bookings, classes, competitions and a community of players. This is the content of the app as we declare it in the Google Play (IARC) and App Store age-rating questionnaires.

User content and moderation
Users can post photos, text and messages. To keep it safe:
- Posts and users can be reported from within the app, and any user can be blocked.
- We review reports and remove content that breaks the rules; if we restrict an account we explain why and how to appeal (Digital Services Act).
- The terms of use prohibit unlawful content, harassment and impersonation, and allow suspending or deleting accounts.
- Unlawful content can also be reported by email to contacto@padelglob.es.
Minimum age
The service is for people aged 14 and over; children under 14 cannot sign up (see “Target audience”).
Expected result in the stores
With these answers we expect an all-audiences rating in the Google Play IARC questionnaire, with the notices “users interact” and “shares location” (the store assigns it). On the App Store, the answers are: no objectionable content, user-generated content with reporting and blocking, no unrestricted web access, and in-app purchases. Our own minimum age of 14 prevails over the store rating.
