Cookies and storage policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026 · Version: 2.0
Part A. Website and club panel (padelglob.es)
A.1 Cookies we use
| Cookie or storage | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Signed session cookie (access to protected sections) | Technical, necessary | Protected access; HttpOnly and Secure | 7 days |
| Firebase Authentication browser local storage | Technical, necessary | Keeping you signed in to the club panel | Until sign-out |
| Interface preferences (theme, language) | Technical | Remembering your settings | Persistent |
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. That is why we show no consent banner: technical cookies are exempt (Art. 22.2 LSSI). If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for consent with a notice where refusing is as easy as accepting, and update this policy.
A.2 How to manage them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Without the session cookie you will not be able to use the club panel.
Part B. Mobile app (iOS and Android)
An app does not use cookies, but it does use identifiers and storage on the device:
| Item | Purpose | Consent required? | How to control it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Firebase Authentication session | Keeping your session | No (necessary) | Sign out |
| Push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) | Sending you push notifications | Not for Service notifications; marketing ones only with your consent | System settings and Settings → Notifications |
| Firebase Analytics instance ID | Usage statistics (screens, sessions) | Yes | Settings → Privacy → Analytics. With consent off, collection is disabled |
| Crashlytics installation ID | Crash reports | Yes | Settings → Privacy → Analytics |
| RevenueCat user ID | Linking your subscriptions to your account | No (necessary for the purchase) | — |
| Stripe SDK | Card and SEPA payments; may use device identifiers for fraud prevention | No (necessary for the payment) | — |
| Local storage (preferences, drafts, cache) | Operation and speed | No | Clear app data |
| Secure storage (document encryption keys) | Protecting your documents | No | Removed when you delete the app or the account |
| Device location | Nearby searches (one-off) and, if enabled, nearby match alerts (approximate area) | System permission and, for alerts, consent in Settings | System permissions and Settings → Alerts |
We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) or advertising SDKs. On iOS we do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track across apps.
Part C. Changes
We will publish changes with their date and, if they introduce items requiring consent, we will ask for it before enabling them.
